WOD: 11-24-12

Team WOD:  8 alternating rounds for time of:

5 Burpees
10 Deadlift (95/65)
5 Burpees
10 Hang Power Clean  (95/65)
5 Burpees
10 Front Squat  (95/65)
5 Burpees
10 Thrusters  (95/65)
5 Burpees
10 Push Press   (95/65)


The gym is open today and that means three things…

  1. That half of an apple pie you had for dinner two days ago will be fueling you through each of the 100 Burpees
  2. That lack of mobility over the last two days have made your muscles tighter and because you are more wound up you should also be springier
  3. That lesson you will learn from working out after having gone through the two previous points will be forgotten by…say…December 23rd

Despite of the break, today should be fun.  The December programming is almost wrapped up and there is some punishing awesome stuff coming your way.  A lot of work capacity tested.  In other words, it is not how many Pull Ups you can do fresh, but how many Pull Ups you can do while sobbing.
